Empower Hour

The Empower Hour Consultations is a 60-minute one-on-one Zoom call with me, Coach Bre. This call will serve as an opportunity for me to review your current protocols (training, nutrition, lifestyle, etc) and make adjustments and recommendations relative to your health and fitness goals.

I will review your current protocols, and any recent lab work if available, and provide guidelines, modifications and recommendations to help empower you and move you forward towards your goals.

Recommendations/guidelines may include, but are not limited to:

- Training guidance

- Nutrition guidance

- Supplement guidance

- Lifestyle modifications

- Stress reduction protocols

- Sleep recommendations

Upon purchasing, you will receive an extensive questionnaire that will provide me with information regarding your goals, medical history, activity levels, dieting history, etc. This information is required so that I have adequate knowledge on how to advise you moving forward. If you have any recent lab work, you will also be prompted to send screenshots of this as well. The more detailed you are, the better the recommendations I can make!

You will be provided a booking link to schedule your call 1-2 weeks out from your date of purchase. This allows adequate time for you to complete the questionnaire and for me to review it and design my new game plan for you.

Please note: This consultation does NOT include ongoing coaching support (weekly checkins, biofeedback tracking, daily communication, access to the training app, etc). Your Empower Hour covers your questionnaire review and a one hour Zoom call that includes professional recommendations, protocol review, personal adjustments, and the opportunity for Q&A - so come with questions!

If you anticipate having additional questions after our consult, I suggest purchasing the 5-Day Voxer Support. Any further questions or modifications will require the purchase of an additional Empower Hour (or you may be a good candidate for 1:1 coaching).

Empower Hours are best for those who don't need (or want) private coaching. Former clients looking for guidance or adjustments would also benefit greatly from this consultation! Empower Hours also serve as a great guide as to whether or not you could benefit from 1:1 coaching.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REFUNDS BE GRANTED FOR EMPOWER HOUR SESSIONS THAT HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. ADDITIONALLY, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED FOR EMPOWER HOURS THAT WERE SCHEDULED AND UN-ATTENDED BY THE PURCHASING CLIENT.
